Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DINX Social Club ("DINX," "we," "us," or "our") facilities, website, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our facilities or services.

2. Membership

Membership at DINX Social Club is subject to the following terms:

  • Memberships are non-transferable and for personal use only
  • Monthly membership fees are due on the first of each month
  • Members may cancel with 30 days written notice
  • DINX reserves the right to terminate membership for violation of house rules or terms of service

3. Reservations & Cancellations

Court and simulator reservations are subject to the following policies:

  • Reservations must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund
  • Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee
  • No-shows may be charged the full reservation amount
  • DINX reserves the right to cancel reservations with reasonable notice

4. Conduct

All guests and members are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner. DINX reserves the right to remove any individual engaging in inappropriate behavior, harassment, or violation of house rules without refund.

5. Assumption of Risk

Participation in pickleball, golf simulation, and other activities at DINX Social Club involves inherent risks of injury. By using our facilities, you acknowledge and accept these risks. All participants may be required to sign a liability waiver before participating in activities.

6. Limitation of Liability

DINX Social Club, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from the use of our facilities, equipment, or services, except as required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with DINX Social Club are owned by us or our licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Modifications

DINX reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our facilities after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
